Useful special pages

Some of the special pages are completely hidden from Wiki interface. Other ones are part of long special pages list. I create small list of useful special pages to speedup access and uncover hidden capabilities of MediaWiki engine.

• Wiki update - MediaWiki engine can be updated directly via web browser. Just replace index.php with mw-config in URL and follow details on web page.
